One of the largest companies in India wanted to enter the healthcare space as both a social and financial value opportunity.
The client had wide manufacturing expertise but needed to know what to make to enter the healthcare field. By conducting secondary research on venture capital trends by country as a proxy for where healthcare is going, we uncovered the opportunity for investment in becoming a healthcare provider as a critical need in their home market.

With so many questions around which geographic market to enter, what product to produce and whether the client's brand trust would carry over in a new industry, it was important to find ways to make sense of the uncertainty.
I looked a analogous companies who had moved from CPG to healthcare and identified the wellness category as a common thread of transition. In mapping out the major industry segments, I helped identify broad areas that would span this bridge.
